Tenants

PROPERTY VIEWINGS: Viewings will still be conducted, with a maximum of 2 people viewing at any one time. Please ensure you are wearing your own PPE and using sanitiser where possible. We appreciate your cooperation at this difficult time.

Once you have viewed a property, and you would like to apply for a tenancy, we require the following:

Completion of a Tenant application form, Right to Rent form and signed Tenant Information form. Holding Deposit – equivalent to one weeks rent. This amount is then deducted from the final amount due prior to key hand over.

References required

Current employment reference, and current landlord reference.
If either of these are unavailable, we would require a guarantor.

ID

Photo ID is preferred, this must be a current passport or driving licence.
Proof of address should be either driving licence, or utility bill.
If a Guarantor is required, we will need completion of a Guarantor application form, and the same ID as detailed above.

Although we can accept scanned copies of photo ID's and proof of address, we will need to see the originals before signing the tenancy agreement.

Total costs for moving in

Rent – full months rent
Deposit – equivalent to 5 weeks rent
